Are you ready for some football?  Football has grown into a multibillion dollar industry.  At the moment, it is one of America’s top sporting events, along with NASCAR racing. With all of this fun happening, something funny also happened along the way, Fantasy Football! This amazing game was spawned by America’s infatuation of watching the sport and following stats of their favorite players and records of their favorite teams.

The game of fantasy football consists of an NFL draft where real people get to choose and assign their favorite players to their own (fantasy) team. The players’ real life stats dictate how many points an individual’s fantasy football team scores. The highest scores obviously win.  Most fantasy football games allow the regular guys out there to make their own team as a mixture of favorite players among multiple teams.  For example, you can choose a quarterback from one team and a receiver, running back or kicker from other teams to create your very own personalized “dream team”.

People can even root for other players and watch other games, because the fantasy football team has a variety of players. It’s an ingenious idea and is just another way the NFL can get their games in front of more viewers. This time of year, the new fantasy football magazines are out and the stomach feels excited when you hear the words ‘Fantasy’ and ‘Football’ put together.  If this rings true to you, I am one of you…an avid fantasy football enthusiast.  I also supply recognition to companies and kids.  This is my blog and this article is on Fantasy Football Trophies!

Since it is almost draft time, I want to put out into the cyberworld-blogosphere some of my suggestions for awards. This is a fun time for us at Trophies2go (and cheapfootballtrophies.com) – we get a kick out of creative team and league names.
