Recognizing Corporate Achievement through the use of Sales Awards

Especially in trying times, it is extremely important to keep both morale and sales up.  When one or the other (or even both) are down, a company and its employees suffer a financial or emotional loss.  This is because expectations are not being met.  Some expectation that employees have are; to come to work, be safe, do a good job, be compensated AND to not be miserable.  Corporate management often looks past the morale in favor of the bottom line.  Sales goals are key to the company’s financial success – when they are not being met, the company’s suffers and misses the financial expectations of the owners or shareholders.

Oscar Trophies® – We can’t provide you the real thing, but close…

Most people know that the coveted Oscar Trophy® is a one-of-a-kind award.  It is made by RS Owens in Chicago and highly regulated by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences® who puts on the Academy Awards®.

Because of the trademarks and copyrights of the name “Oscar®”, “Oscar Trophy®”, “Academy Awards®” and “Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences®”, the awards industry has difficulties providing information to people who want to get a symbol of the event.  In my dealings with manufacturers, moldings of Oscar®-like trophies have been regulated as to not come too close to the real thing.  Anybody who comes too close to replicating it will get a nice letter or phone call from an attorney requesting a product change.  I understand the reasoning behind this and don’t want to infringe on any intellectual capital that is rightfully theirs.  For this reason, we have named most of our Oscar®-like trophies “Achievement Trophies”.  We have configured a special category for these achievement trophies.  Feel free to check them out knowing that though they are not the actual trophy, they are a fun symbol of success and achievement.  Prices range from under $10 to over $200.  Engraving is included in the price of the award.  Some of our more popular and less expensive trophies are our small male achievement trophies and large male achievement trophies.  The top of the line is our 24k gold plated Classic Victory Award.
